Coaching & On-the-Job Training Skills

Often the most effective learning is done on the job. The way we delegate, coach and train our staff effects our productivity, ability to work well in teams and our overall job satisfaction. This one day workshop gives participants an opportunity to practice and finetune their coaching and on job training skills in a practical and encouraging manner.
