|  Liz Mellish founded Mellish & Associates in 1984. Liz was awarded her Doctorate of Education (Leadership) in April 2001. Her thesis, "Appreciative Inquiry at Work" explored and applied Appreciative Inquiry in the context of organisational change. Liz is a professional facilitator, mediator and executive coach. She has consulted to industry, government, higher education and the community sector for 20 years. As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Liz works with her clients to plan and implement sustainable organisational change. Liz holds a number of Corporate Governance, Board and Council positions in government and the education sector. Mellish & Associates management consulting practice is based on the four principles of Appreciative Inquiry; being appreciative, practical, provocative and collaborative. |  Eileen Heywood has been a Senior Consultant with Mellish & Associates for 9 years. Eileen has a BA (Politics) and a Masters of Arts (Women's Studies, focusing on organisational development) and has completed the course work components of a Masters in Public Administration. She has strong skills in policy development, research, program design, facilitation, executive coaching and training. Eileen works with clients in the private, public, higher education and community sectors. She has successfully designed and delivered training and facilitation in a wide variety of areas including facilitation skills, coaching and mentoring, effective communication, management development, emotional intelligence, team building and work-life balance.
